Gevaisa

A gevaisa is a Discworld word (from Going Postal) that means a "tomb of living words". That's defined as "when there is a critical mass of words they change the nature of the universe," and says, "enough words crammed together can affect time and space."

I just loved the idea. Words have tangible power. I can just imagine this girl, wandering into such a gevaisa, sitting down, opening a book, and unleashing the magic...
